ARRA Update (10/29/2009): ARRA Meeting on November 12 and Reporting Calendar Update

MEETING

All grants managers with ARRA funds are highly encouraged to attend an update meeting on Thursday, November 12 at 9:30 in Duke Hospital North Room 2002. The ARRA Team will give a brief update on general compliance issues relating to ARRA, provide an update on the reporting tool upgrades, and take comments/suggestions regarding the reporting process.

REPORTING CALENDAR

• Reports to FederalReporting.Gov due on Jan. 10th (remember the Holidays!)
  
  • Tool opens for Depts on 11/1/09 
  • Depts forward to ARRA no later than COB 12/16/09 
  • ARRA forwards to OSP^* no later than COB 12/23/09 
  • Duke submits to FederalReporting.Gov no later than COB 1/10/10
• Reports to FederalReporting.Gov due on April 10th
  • Tool opens for Depts on 2/1/10
  • Depts forward to ARRA no later than COB 3/22/10
  • ARRA forwards to OSP^* no later than COB 4/1/10
  • Duke submits to FederalReporting.Gov no later than COB 4/10/10
• Reports to FederalReporting.Gov due on July 10th (remember July 4th Holiday!)
  • Tool opens for Depts on 5/1/10
  • Depts forward to ARRA no later than COB 6/17/10
  • ARRA forwards to OSP^* no later than COB 6/28/10
  • Duke submits to FederalReporting.Gov no later than COB 7/10/10
